The Blockchain Fellowship run by the Acceleration Center for Innovation is designed to provide RSM employees of all levels with baseline knowledge and skills around blockchain technology and digital assets. Through a series of lectures and labs you will gain hands-on experiences up to the level that serves you best. Participants will learn how blockchain technology and digital assets operate at the protocol layer, how these technologies improve efficiencies, and how we are seeing our clients entering the space and in turn how we can be of better value to them.

Blockchain Fellowship 101

This course is designed to provide you with a foundation of knowledge about the blockchain industry and digital assets that will prepare you for utilization of these technologies. Graduates will be able to identify and describe blockchain technologies and digital assets, recognize the future of blockchain and how it ties to specific industries, and describe how RSM US applies blockchain capabilities to service offerings in this emerging field.

Blockchain Fellowship 102

This program is designed to provide you with applicable, intermediate knowledge about blockchain and digital assets. Graduates will be able to recognize the methodologies of blockchain technology and digital assets, and will obtain a strong comprehension of internal controls related to digital asset businesses. Graduates will begin to develop skills with consensus algorithms, private key creation and management, tracking asset movements on blockchains, and smart contract basics, while recognizing how these concepts may be applied to specific lines of business and industries served by RSM US.
